I feel this would grade between PCGS 64 PPQ and 67PPQ. Very high end Web Notes. Really nice margins. Great Paper Quality, very Bright and Colorful. No dents or dings. No edge roughnes. I well cared for pack. I have not had one of these in over two years  I would pick this one up, it will not last long.
